I'm finally starting to overcome my post-plot exhaustion, and devoting my attention to the final days of Neopolis. If anyone has anything they'd like to discuss vis a vis my characters last week or the 20 Years Later meme, hit me up! I'm also open to threads/logs anyone might need, though I'm trying to minimize the latter for the same of my own sanity. :/
Also, I'm jumping on the No decisions about other games till Neo closes train, so I'll get back to you all on LF et al. questions next month.

In the style of those old cracky Marvel comics, pose a hypothetical question about one of my characters and I will babble on about what that would have been like/possibly write a little drabble for it if the urge strikes me.
I'll get back to these, slowly but surely. For funsies sake, I'll accept old MH or FT What Ifs? as well.

I just got back from seeing Defendor, which was amazing. Woody Harrelson as a delusional would-be Batman fighting crime in a small industrial city, throwing marbles and taking beatings. Very cute, dark, and sort of sweet - it should be getting a limited release come February, so keep an eye out for it.
And while I'm pimping CanCon, The Wild Hunt was one of the best films I saw in 2009 - a dark, violent and visceral film... about LARPing. I'm not sure if it's going to be getting international distribution, but if you happen to have the opportunity to check it out, take it!

So I promised a while back to upload Top Ten, the comic series which inspired some of the original framework of Neopolis. The city is the same, but the focus is on an NYPD Blue-style police force. Hopefully it might help ease some of the post-game Neopolis withdrawl. :/

Urgh, hell week from work + two weeks worth of belated hangover + scrambling to plan Halloween = FAIL ON LOGGING. I apologize to everyone I've talked about scenes with and not followed through. I do want to do them. :( On the plus side, I picked a zero hour costume (hint: Simon will be proud).

As you all may have noticed from the sudden spike of sheer joy in your otherwise dreary lives, I'm back. Argentina was amazing, photo barrage to come, etc etc. I'm catching up on games and trying to get a head start on NeoPowerSwap09, so if we should be scening, let me know!
On a more pertinent issue, I am in crisis. For the first time since I could walk, I am without a costume for Halloween. Not kidding, I used to have waking nightmares about this situation when I was younger. In August. So I'm turning to you, Internetlandia, for inspiration. I've had a few ideas (Query: going hardcore on red, white and blue facepaint, donning a suit, and going as the Obama Hope poster: too last year?) but I'm looking for something to love. Costume SOS, People!!

Work* has been keeping me pretty busy lately so I've been scarcer in game, and this is getting worse before it gets better. I've got some time up and an epic backlog of wanderlust to indulge, so I'm grabbing my bag and setting my jets for Argentina for the rest of the month. I'll try to keep tabs from hostels, but will most likely be functionally AWOL till Halloween.
